Medical Record Reviews

ANS Medical Record Reviews help identify medical issues and assess potential areas of exposure in serious medical and injury claims. Based on a thorough review of records by a Certified Nurse Consultant, issues such as causality, extent of damages, appropriateness of treatment, potential high dollar “triggers”, and potentially effective care management strategies can be identified and evaluated. If requested, specific recommendations for medically managing the claim can be included. Prescription Drug Benefit Management
 
ANS works with employers, third party administrators, workers’ compensation vendors and other parties to design and manage prescription benefit plans for individual patients, both in the context of prescription cost containment and as part of providing accurate Life Care Plans and Medicare Set-Asides. Our staff of Certified R.N.s and PharmD’s evaluates specific patients’ medication usage and works with the physician to tailor a plan to safely and effectively manage the patient’s needs.
